Permits valid for one (1) year are a cheaper and accessible option in South Africa

As ZSP Permits Forum, we have now shifted and directed some of our expertise into assisting especially illegal immigrants get temporary resident permits (TRP) valid for one year which are usually issued to "Farm Workers", and are processed mainly at the port of entry (or Border). We are in a privileged position to facilitate these processes and procedures to get such permits for those in need of them whilst working together with the ZHR (SA) HELP DESK initiative.
The immigration laws of South Africa are indeed too stringent to be fully satisfied at the moment, and frustrating to many who have shared their experiences with us. Our own assessment has indicated to us that to apply for a one year permit which is renewable can bring much needed relief to such people in need of a longer stay in South Africa, as assisted by professional people and credible offices. A standard Critical Skills Visa in South Africa can easily reach costs of up to R 5000 rands, and yet have it rejected with such a payment not even refundable.
We recommend these permits to most immigrants who are struggling to get any permits or asylum documents they may desire. Our team is now more than ready to assist with necessary processes for these one year permits. It is indeed better to have such a document than nothing at all. Should such a permit be specified as for "Farm Worker" purposes, it is known that farm jobs are seasonal which means whilst in possession of such a permit the person can have sufficient time to apply for other category of permits.
Actually, the Immigration Act (No13 of 2002) of South Africa as amended and gazetted on 3 June 2014 classifies a "Sheep Shearer" who can also be qualified as a herd boy to be a Critical Skill who only needs to produce just a proof of employment (contract) to be issued with a permit. In any case, being classified as a "Farm Worker" is very broad as it can also mean being an Agricultural Engineer, Farm Manager, Farm Equipment Technician, Farm's Bookkeeper, Agricultural Economist, Animal expert and such other professions.
Also, most people are known to be doing independent contract jobs whether menial or lucrative such as plumbing, gardening, painting, Shoe repairs, Cellphone repairs, street vending and many more. It will be a good way to start in trying to regularise the stay in South Africa. The fees are very affordable according to the reliable information we have gathered, and the chances of getting such a permit are extremely high.
It is our hope that all the affected and interested people will consider this information and advice with the urgency it deserves.
