Mass rise that can deal a fatal blow to Zanu and Mr. Robert Mugabe: a Zimbabwe paradigm change scenario

25 Aug 2016 at 07:48hrs | Views
INTRODUCTION
Mass rising is the phenomenon naturally begun in some western capitalism nations brewed under watch of certain billionaire's who were bend on taking much from the world without giving back to society except for personal gain. Incidental truth is that this will inevitably the basis and always the cause of clash backs between the rich and the extremely poor of any society. How extreme it could be can only be understood in the context of the Bolsheviks revolution of Russia and the failure of China Socialism giving birth instead to a maturing capitalism as evidenced in 2016 and hopefully into the future.

Leadership world over can never be stronger than the will of the people, People are slow to master politics but not slow to understand which side of their bread is buttered. While they face massive abuse from their governments, ultimately they declare the way forward through a successfully staged revolution; be it marches and demonstrations or one on one fights between civilians and governments. The most difficult turning point in any struggle is when a tyrant bows down to masses demands. Such eventualities are rare and hard to witness, yet all changes on governments come from people sacrifices.

Zimbabwe is under very dark days of its history as the country fails to meet creditors and hangs on to power by using the military hierarchy that is also beginning to wear out and starting to acknowledge her responsibilities of taking care of the country national sovereignty. The people are beginning to reject feeling sorry for themselves and taking initiatives that will inevitably open the eyes of many suffering to cry strong and with one voice for freedom.

STRUCTURES ON WHICH TO BASE CHANGE

What goes on today in Zimbabwe can only be fully appreciated by three basic groups: The none formal self-employed who are very strong in that they understand the dynamics of poverty as owners to their means of survival, unlike workers who are basically dependent on the employer. Broadly speaking the groups can be perceived from a class struggle perspectives.

In a newly unfolding scenario it is fair to characterize the groups in three broad frameworks. The Taxi DRIVERS and private vehicles transport OWNERS of in informal sector often referred to as ‘MACHOVA'. Incidentally this is the group that initially founded the thought #Tajamuka (1) pressure group. The other non-formal but formidable pressure groups when counting on regime change group that can cause upset in Zimbabwe politics are people of non-formal commercial trading, running much of non-formal markets supplying demands of much mass based foods, clothes and other basic necessities, (2) and the workers as categorized into the employed, the unemployed and the employ less (3). Obviously these three groups do not sustain a strike and/or demonstrations against government without meeting with government wroth.  Recent events in Zimbabwe proves that were it not for bribery and corruption in Zanu hierarchy that is silently and craftily employed into subtly silencing these groups from persistent rising up, real political change would have visited Zimbabwe long ago.

The sad reality on the ground in Zimbabwe is that (1) ordinary people in Zimbabwe suffer much as casuals of government police brutality out of government known and acceptable practice to keep control over governance institutions in Zimbabwe. It is truth that since 1980 at independence and prior to independence, Zimbabweans witnessed civil brutalization from both the liberation struggle era and after (2). Brutality to people from government has kept growing without any opposition political party succeeding in controlling violent behavior of Zanu government (3).

That People know and understand brutalization by Zanu government is a fact with obvious mitigating powers against any up rise style and sequence of its sustenance. But equally true the dialectical theory of success in an up rise against by a people must have a plan, strategy and a means of self-sustaining for consistency ad perseverance. The strategy and concerted planning initiatives lacked in all past organized strikes against Zanu government. Admittedly these were major causes that made brutality a mitigated factor for failing up rise. Intermittent, uncoordinated sporadic up rise fell even before taking off giving a bad image of how it appeared as though Zanu surrogates looked competently organize to control events.

DYNAMICS OF CHANGE
The above ongoing saga of forward-push and backward-push synergy between Zanu government and any poor organized "resisting group" has made initiatives either appear a failure (1) or that whoever planned an up rise was a Zanu government sponsored (2) person who is send to impress people of Zanu callousness on anyone staging a fight back against it.

It follows therefore that any up rise on poor governance meets with brutality of Zanu on civilian groups is marked as a failure both by the media and in people's minds. One is not very sure whether international media believe that Zimbabweans can stage persisting organized peaceful up rise against Zanu without being squashed.

The politics of opposition in Zimbabwe has become an arena Zanu knows how to manage well in order to drawn any serious contender politically. That Zanu has succeeded in sawing seeds of faith in corruption as the best way to get rich quick cannot be doubted given the pace at which political opposition politics has grown in Zimbabwe since the failure of the 2008 Government of National Unity (GNU) initiatives. This real misconception weighs on political strategy to fight Zanu constitutionally by any force coming up without weighing forces employed by Zanu in what has been favorably called Zanu rigging of any democratic electoral process in Zimbabwe.

People have subsequently spent more time admiring Zanu clarity in killing any new initiative on constitutionally beating of Zanu party at elections. The question is why can we not have more people coming up with plans on how to defeat Zanu than always praising Mr. Mugabe and his Zanu Political party as master mind in rigging? Is Zanu really popular among voters or people in Zimbabwe or of Zimbabwe origin anywhere on the world? Is it fear of violence and brutality that makes Zanu receive "support" or fame? Obviously thirty-six years of seeing both people and opposition crushed without strong international voice has increased people political apathy.

Zanu is not popular at all except that people see Zanu successfully painting a picture of success to international communities and getting away with people and human rights abuse. There is need for deeper conversation between leaderships and the silent groups that matter on the ground in Zimbabwe to salvage Zimbabwe from its apparent seemingly dead-end political scenario. Zanu has succeeded in making opposition forces against it, of any form, fail to rise against it. The answer is found in lack of plan. Strategy therefore coherent and persistent up rise: Meaning leadership is either blackmailed or there is no leadership aptitude to emerge against Zanu Machiavellian brutality.

The political Mafia implying the big Drug dealers, the Gun manufacturers and Nuclear weapons inventors big oil barons are all having one purpose, namely to dominate and control another by and through economical, psychological, and/or physical force including violence and murder by force of arms.

If politics of corruption is taken out of the Zimbabwe political equation, then many Zimbabweans will see and witness politics without corruption for what it should be.  After thirty-eight years of such practical political indoctrination corrupt management; it has to be admitted that the work of reorienting people from short term gains of corruption to long term gains in good, transparent and accountable governance should be a keen tasks of a government with changed purpose driven leadership. No doubt this will go a long way influencing better dynamics in politics and inevitably has to take some time of strong teaching and institutional change to find government by transparent delivery of services under accountable good governance system.

As hopefully contest in finding solutions we need write and bounce ideas to get the best practices in governance system that takes our experience and culture into account. The theory of connivance on how to stay longer in power is never an open book and apart from Machiavellian practices then spelt by Nicholas Machiavelli those who practice it are conspiratorial therefore never come out until overthrown, in many cases through force of arms and violence. The differences though lies in the styles of lives we have lived and examples of what we have gone through in that life process. This is where patience of administrators is in want more so when driven from motives of avarice than modest and sacrifice.

Let's begin a three way dimensions' conversation among well intentioned Zimbabweans. The conversation need rise naturally in the cause to making Zimbabwe free from tyrants among #TheFlag, #Tajamukas, #The Vendors (non-formal small scale commercial traders), and # Employed, the Employ less and the unemployed together with social profit organizations on social justice and\or human rights activists. The leadership can naturally rise from the lot to in cooperate all professionals and experiences that benefit Zimbabwe best.

Rising up is an art with peculiar styles of resistance marked with unbridled none violent resistance punctuated with heavy local and international lobbying that should massively include Zimbabwe Diaspora. God bless Zimbabwe. We need Honesty, integrity, Reliability, Sacrifice and Experience for an equation of FREEDOM to come on Zimbabwe.
