Dear Editor
My fellow countrymen i greet you all. If sentiments by honourable J. Moyo are to be taken seriously then there is urgent need not only for a paradigm shift but totally overhaul of ministers and all political appointees who have amassed wealthy through vice, corruption and theft of public funds starting with the Zimdef funds.
Every individual or organisation that corruptly benefited from public funds must face the full wrath of the law before burdening former students who are even struggling to get a decent meal let alone a job as a result of massive corruption, gross incompetence and chicanery by those in public offices.
Maybe those who got scholarships from Zanu pf gvt must pay something towards this revolving fund not graduates who are selling cigarettes and airtime vouchers.
Think like a professor and talk like a minister.
