Columnist threatened by Zanu-PF's midnight section

I have received the e-mail below from a purportedly Zanu-PF headquarters midnight section. I think these threat are in response to articles I wrote and were published in various press and electronic media.

The following are the URLs for the published articles. Some articles were published in various media all over africa and could not keep track.

I have recieved two threatening emails of which i also forwarded to you. Now I am on the run with allegedly Zanu-PF, CIO or Airforce army on my trail. These unknown guys have been to my homestead in Nyazura, and Mufakose and another place I can not disclose. My life is now difficult to live. I am an innocent ordinary Zimbabwean who believes Zimbabwe should be freed from reins of ZANU-PF. I believe in my freedom of speech.

I wish the matter should be addressed so that I will be able to live my normal life again, political or apolitical.

Our cat and cat mouse play will soon be brought to an end. Elections have come and gone and Zanu-PF is in power forever. You can't run you can't hide. We now know where you live, what you eat or drink. Zimbabwe may be big but to us it's very small and we cover every corner of it. Nyazura is even much smaller. Only waiting for the perfect moment to execute our much delayed retribution.

Honestly how can you say we Zanu-PF knows very little about democracy, that Zanu-PF is a liability to Zimbabwean people when it infact liberated them. You are a sellout, unpatriotic and a hater of all black people and therefore their prosperity. You only look black outside but you are white inside.  

The whole region whose revolutionary leaders you castigated detests you. You insulted the President and the First Lady with your stupid Mbada diamonds story. Even if they benefit from the diamonds, are they not Zimbabweans. We will weed you out.

Sellouts don't like you deserve only death. Let me get this through to your thick head, Zimbabwe, its land all the resources are ours and we will possess them to your greatest shame. There is absolutely nothing you can do about it. You filthy man say the economic malaise is not because of sanctions on Zimbabwean people but is a result of our much necessary land reform. Look everywhere around you and you see only sanctions. You wanted land to remain in the hands of the white people?

We will kill you Zanda, what you wrote stinks. Mugabe went out of his way to liberate you from colonial rule, oppression, kubva kuva svetasimba, but this is how you repay him. You called him a manipulator and a liar. Time is up for you, period. The only way out for you and your hate rhetoric is to retract your statements and come and join Zanu-PF. Don't fool yourself, we see you, though you don't see us. We can make you disappear without a trace. This country belongs to Zanu-PF and it's clear to you now. Zimbabwe will never never never be a colony again. You pig have only one week to present yourself to us and repent.
