Man dies after drinking thothotho

Villagers in Lupane have been left shell shocked after a man died following his drinking of thothotho, a home brewed beer which is believed was distilled with a mixture of fertilizer.
The man has been identified as Justice Ngwenya who died after visiting his aunt where he drank thothotho at a nearby homestead.
Mzobanzi Mangena revealed the incident.
He said when he was drinking it people reprimanded but he was defiant.
"The following day we heard that he had died," he said.
