Pevert rubs organ against woman at stadium

A 35-YEAR-OLD man from Bulawayo has been sentenced to an effective 90 days in prison for poking a woman with his manhood at a packed White City Stadium on Monday.
Nkosilathi Dube from Makokoba suburb unzipped his trousers and poked Roseline Ngwenya (46) with his erect penis several times on the buttocks.
Dube pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent assault when he appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Lungile Ncube last week.
Ncube convicted him on his own plea of guilty and sentenced him to an effective 90 days in prison.
"You failed to control your desire and sending you to any institute to perform community service would be endangering society," said Ncube
"We want you to reform and we will put you in an institute where you will come out a better person. You need to go through rehabilitation."
Dube had disputed the facts of the matter in his first appearance in court saying he did not poke Ngwenya on the lower side of her buttocks but on the side of her buttocks.
"I felt like having sexual intercourse at the time and I just wanted to brush my privates slightly against a woman," said Dube.
"I was drunk at the time so I did not consider the crowd in the stadium."
Prosecuting, Petros Shoko said on Monday at around 6pm Ngwenya was at White City Stadium watching sports with her friend Euphrasia Ncengani.
"While standing at the terraces the complainant suddenly felt some movements just below her buttocks. When she turned she saw the accused person holding his erect penis poking it on her buttocks," said Shoko.
"When he discovered that he had been seen Dube stopped the act and closed his zip. Ngwenya got hold of him and called for help. The crowd in the terraces assisted in apprehending the accused and they took him to the police," added Shoko.
