RENOWNED player agent George Deda has reportedly offered to renovate Highlanders offices in a positive gesture that will cement the cordial relationship that he enjoys with the Bulawayo football giants.

Deda is a player intermediary that brokered the much talked about Prince Dube's move to Tanzania and that of Bruce Kangwa among other ex-local based footballers.

A source within the Bosso camp told B Metro Sport that Deda made the proposal to give Bosso's reception area a facelift late last week in the presence of club chairman Kenneth Mhlophe, vice chairman Modern Ngwenya and club secretary-general Israel Moyo.

"Deda proposed to give the club's offices a revamp, especially the reception area. His argument was that he has enjoyed a good working relationship with Highlanders who are a big brand and as such there was a need to uphold the relationship that has also seen his profile grow. However, the club executive members told Deda that they were at the moment preoccupied with other projects hence they will get back to him sometime in December," said the source.

Contacted for a comment Bosso media officer Ronald Moyo said Deda was in the City of Kings and Queens to collect his dues.

"I can confirm that Deda was at the club offices to collect his money. There was nothing more or less," said Moyo.

Deda could neither confirm nor deny his reported offer referring this reporter back to Bosso supremos.

"I don't discuss my private things in the media. If there is anything to that effect, Highlanders are the ones who are supposed to talk," said Deda.

Deda has been involved in the movement of players since 1997 including Tendai Ndoro's move to the now defunct Mpumalanga Black Aces in South Africa, Tinashe Nengomasha to Kaizer Chiefs, Never Tigere to Azam in Tanzania and most recently Last Jesi's break into the Sudanese topflight league.
