HIV possitive man infects a 15 year old girl

A 40-YEAR-OLD HIV positive Mudzi man is in soup after infecting a 15 year old girl with the deadly disease.
The man who cannot be named for ethical reasons was arraigned before Mutoko magistrate Elijah Sibanda on Friday.
He was not asked to plead to the charge and was remanded in custody to April 1for trial at Murehwa regional court.
The state led by Nathan Mujuru alleged on March 5 the accused proposed love to the minor and lured her i his house where he had unprotected sex with her.
He used the same modus operand three days after and the girl did not return home.
Her grandmother became suspicious and went to the accused person's house and found the complainant in the house.
A police report was filed and it was later discovered that the accused is HIV possitive and currently on medication and he had infected the minor.
