In a statement released yesterday, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr. Martin Rushwaya, commended Dr. Mnangagwa for her remarkable academic accomplishment, emphasizing its significance in amplifying her humanitarian initiatives.

"This well-earned qualification will, without doubt, add even greater weight to her world-famed humanitarian work, which entails strong administrative and nutritional dimensions," Dr. Rushwaya noted.

He further highlighted that Dr. Mnangagwa's achievement serves as an inspiration to women and young girls across Zimbabwe, encouraging them to strive for the pinnacle of academic success.

"Besides, the doctoral qualification will definitely inspire the girl child and women in general to aim for the highest academic excellence," he said.

Dr. Rushwaya also pointed out that Dr. Mnangagwa's milestone has motivated members of the Office of the President and Cabinet to enhance their own educational pursuits in support of Zimbabwe's Vision 2030 agenda.

"Hearty congratulations to you, our Dear First Lady, to His Excellency the President, Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa, and to the rest of the Mnangagwa family who stood by her as she burned the midnight oil until her successful graduation," he concluded.

Dr. Auxillia Mnangagwa is widely recognized for her humanitarian efforts, which focus on health, education, and social welfare. Her new academic achievement is expected to bolster her impactful work both locally and internationally.
