Chiwenga joins mourners at Sanyatwe's sister burial

Vice President Constantino Chiwenga has arrived in Tsvarai Village in Honde Valley, Manicaland Province, to attend the burial of Mrs Callista Chimhini, the sister of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture Minister Anselem Nhamo Sanyatwe.
Mrs Chimhini was married to former Mutasa North legislator David Anthony Chimhini.
The Vice President was accompanied by his wife, Colonel Miniyothabo Chiwenga, as he joined family members, relatives, friends and community members gathered to pay their final respects to the late Mrs Chimhini.
Several senior Government officials and ruling party leaders also attended the funeral.
Among those present were Transport and Infrastructure Development Minister Felix Mhona, ZANU-PF Politburo member Engelbert Rugeje, and Secretary for Manicaland Provincial Affairs and Devolution Abiot Maronge.
The gathering drew senior Government officials, political leaders and members of the local community, reflecting the family's standing and the late Mrs Chimhini's connections within the province.
