ZNA announces death of Brigadier-General Nyamuronda

The Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA) has announced the death of Brigadier-General (Retired) Albert Jack Nyamuronda, who died at the age of 67.
ZNA Commander Lieutenant-General Asher Walter Tapfumaneyi announced that Brig-Gen (Rtd) Nyamuronda died on August 11, 2026, at Chitungwiza General Hospital.
Nyamuronda was born in Makoni North District, Manicaland Province, under Chief Chikore.
He is survived by his wife and four children.
Mourners are gathered at House Number 14565, Zengeza 3 Extension, Chitungwiza.
The ZNA said further details on funeral arrangements would be announced in due course.
