Man arrested after firing gun in Donbrooke

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in Donbrooke, Harare, after allegedly firing a warning shot into the air during a misunderstanding with a friend.
Dellon Mufarakamwe reportedly fired the shot, prompting his friend to flee for safety.
Two Pure Gold Security guards reportedly followed Mufarakamwe to his home, where he was subsequently arrested.
Police said the firearm was later recovered after being found hidden in the ceiling of the house.
Police said Mufarakamwe had allegedly been threatening several people with the firearm.
"We are saying no to violence and abuse of firearms," police said.
The case was reported at Mabvuku Police Station under RRB 6944086, and Mufarakamwe was being held pending further proceedings.
