Zimbabweans orderd to pay ZBC licence fees as Majome loses ConCort fight

THE Constitutional Court has dismissed with costs a case in which MDC-T Harare West legislator Jessie Majome was challenging the constitutionality of mandatory ZBC licence fees.

A full ConCourt bench on ruled that Majome erred by refusing to pay listeners' and TV viewership licence fees to ZBC citing violation of her rights through biased reportage against her political party.
