Law Society of Zimbabwe Draft Constitution

Mr Editor,
Please find copy of a Draft Constitution prepared by the Law Society I bumped into by chance.
Many people do not know that the Law Society was involved in producing a draft designed to feed into and assist the Copac Draft. it is important that this Law Society of Zimbabwe Draft be also publicly and widely available to the public.
I have no connection to the Law Society of Zimbabwe directly and have not been involved with their effort. I am merely making available a draft which I think it is in the public interest to have.
In particular, I think the Law Society of Zimbabwe Draft is important to help the public form informed opinions on the question of devolution which Copac presently says is 'parked'.
For those who do not wish to read the entire document, they can go straight to the section on Provincial Government (Assemblies).
Thank you.
