Matebeleland Problems won't be solved by Zimbabwe Government ( ZANUPF)

30 Apr 2019 at 19:46hrs | Views
How can the Zimbabwe Government solve Matebeleland problems when the same Zanu PF system is the chief creator of all our problems?

Our problems today as a region were created, knowingly and deliberately, by Zanu PF and the British Government.
Whoever thinks that Zanu PF will fix our Problems must rethink and go back to check on how our regional problems started in the first place.
Only Unity of Purpose in the region will make us better people.

I'm talking about the region not the nation because Zanu PF deliberately divided Zimbabwe into what suited the Zanu PF leadership and knowingly marginalised the Matabeleland region into the chaos that the region finds itself in today.

Robert Mugabe and Zanu PF have caused lot of suffering to our people as from 1980 to present day (2019).
Operation Gukurahundi, deployment of Shonas to take all the jobs in Matebeleland, forcing our people to speak the Shona Language are some of  the methods that were employed to effectively implement the suffering.
The Matebeleland Region is a multi-lingual and diverse cultural entity comprising of Venda, Sotho, Xhosa, Jahunda, Shangani, Kalanga, Ndebele and other ethnicities.

Only two local languages are said to be official in Zimbabwe. These are Shona and Ndebele, but the Ndebele language in Zimbabwe is slowly vanishing because Zanupf wants to Shonalise everything.

I want to be clear on this thing. People of Matebeleland must unite and fight for their territory and space. There is an urgent need for our people to know that we are not slaves or a minority to any ethnic group or tribe, but we are a majority on our own land which separate from Zimbabwe.

The Shonas are a majority in Zimbabwe, their own geographical territories and must, therefore, occupy their territories and not our geographical territory.

Zanu PF has rejected Devolution of Power just because they are enjoying looting the resources of our provinces in Mthwakazi.

I upon all Mthwakazi People to take charge and fight against this nepotism and marginalisation.
We demand that our regional schools be allocated teachers who understand the local languages and cultures of the our local communities.

It is high time our people condemned and rejected such treatment from the prevailing "big brother" mentality that has become the order of the day from  Zanu PF.

Our children are taught a distorted history about our role in the liberation struggle. Zanu PF has manipulated the correct history and twisted it to their favour.

We are aware that all these things were well planned before the 1980 Zimbabwe independence through the Zanu PF Satanic document of the 1979 Shona Grand Plan. This grand plan fathered operations like Gukurahundi, which was planned well before the Independence of Zimbabwe and executed between 1983 and 1987.

We have now reached a point of no return. We are sick and tired of being second class citizens of Zimbabwe and in our own territories.

Enough is Enough. It is time for our People to re-group from every corner of the world, in the Diaspora and back Home.

We understand that freedom is never given to anyone on a silver plater, but the oppressed must fight for themselves to earn it.

We thought that the forced 22 December 1987 Unity Accord was going to bring badly needed change in Zimbabwe, but it was culmination of even bigger problems because we lost everything including our very Dignity and Culture in the process.

We have never been defeated in the battlefield. History does not lie. Zanu should stop treating us like we are cowards.

The time is now for our people to take this bull by its horns and say "No" to being second class citizens of Zimbabwe, and particularly in our own territories.

Enough is Enough.

We are not tribalistic as we are always painted, but we are tired of being other people ‘s subjects in our own region and birth territories.

Zanu PF has failed to build a nation under a united Zimbabwe since 1980 at the attainment of political independence from the white minority rule.

Operation Gukurahundi and all that encapsulated it in Matebeleland and Midlands regions was the clearest sign that ZANU PF hates our people to the core and had old scores to settle with the people of those regions.

Schools were closed in Matebeleland and Midlands during Gukurahundi ,but in Mashonaland it was business as usual.

People from all parts of the country, other than these two regions ullulated and sang Chimurenga songs insulting Dr Joshua Nkomo and the SiNdebele speaking people.

It was demanded that Nkomo should be banished from the country and die in exile.
Up to today there is little or nothing to suggest that Zanu PF has reformed.

In my opinion, there is very little difference between Zanu PF and organisations like the Boko Haram.
They are bent on destruction, wanton killings, raping of women and children, and  not nation building.
Now it's the time for our peope to come together and fight for their very survival. We want all jobs and tenders in our region to be awarded to locals first ,we want our children to be taught by the right teachers who know their mother languages and cultures.

Rise and shine Mthwakazi!
Rise!, for we are descendants of Great warriors the gallant Ex Zipras and Mzilikazi Warriors!

Vuka Mthwakazi !
Vuka Ayibuye iDevolution!
Nothing for us without us!
