Mnangagwa, A private yet effective Mugabe insurance

It is interesting that as Zimbabweans we do not closely follow events as they happen but react to them. This has led the opposition to fail to read the situation before it takes root. For example the GNU. The opposition had so much options that it could have taken, but decided to resurrect ZANU-PF when it was collapsing completely. Then the cry came, and as expected as ever, RIGGING!!! The opposition owed the defeat purely to themselves, they failed to keep up to date with events evaluate them and read into them taking informed decisions, they believed shouting loud on rigging would reverse their obvious and expected loss to ZANU-PF.
The same thing is happening now, people should only look at the history of Mnangagwa to understand why he is where he is today. All the mistakes he did were nothing compared to what he had previously done for Mugabe. The guy has always been brought in where Mugabe has sensed future problems.
Looking at a few things history has for this evil man since their independence;
In the early 1980's he took over the feared and most cruel secret service which he built to what it is today. When Mugabe wanted to subdue the white senior army officers in the army, and all security services, Mugabe put Mnangagwa in as chairman of JOC.
Now one has to look at the posts he was made to take over at all times particularly when control has been paramount in Mugabe's mind.. When the Unity Accord was signed, the guy was brought in as speaker of the house of parliament. Mnangagwa has been used to ensure security for Mugabe and an insurance to his survival.
The only problem that was now becoming hard to over come and gradually developing to imminent destruction of all Mugabe's plans was Rex Nongo who was a thorn on his side. He realised that had he lived the future of his children was not assured, Joyce Mujuru would have to take over, Rex had to go to clear the way for his insurance man to take over.
That has now happened with easy, with the usual strategy of destroying the enemy with well calculated string of unfounded truths, and childish stories that impress only the praise and bootlicking under table scrap picking ZANU-PF followers and gangsters. The ZANU-PF followers and so called war veterans sit under the Mugabe/Grace table and admire them as they eat wishing to join the high table, singing with anticipation hoping to be invited. It has taken some almost their entire life waiting while some have gone to their graves still sitting waiting and praising with empty stomachs. ZANU-PF people a sad sight of the most suffering in their wait taking the innocent citizens with them.
The truth is Mnangagwa was just knowingly waiting for this day, for his master to clear the ground which he unprofessionally and childish as ever has done, while praises were being shouted even louder.
