8:34am, 28 Aug - ‪+263 77 *** ****‬: Though iam not sure about how the office of the Deputy Sherrif works iam convinced that the Sherrif is being biased in the case of Marvo. We engaged him and paid in early June for him to attach property at Marvo as per High court order in a process that was not suppose to take more than 14 days. But to our suprise it has taken too long and still no action has been taken. What we have seen is the sherrif having meetings with management then go and exchanging of letters but nothing for the workers. As we speak it will be exactly 20 months without pay for the poor workers in the next coming 3 days. And I believe the Justice system of this country have let the Marvo workers down and even the government itself must be ashamed of this.

A situation where normal working people sleep inside old wagons of trains, old and abondoned buildings, and are destitudes must not be tolerated and the Deputy Sheriff must consider that when dealind with cases of Marvo stature.

People have suffered for long and still does. Marvo Management is in the proccess of bringing a Judicial manager because they are done looting. Over the past year or so Marvo management and share holders have created shelf companies in addition to Browns which they use to loot and they are called, Jaymez, Posmaston-Mash and Posmaston-Mutarrah these are the shelf companies which have all the money while Marvo have nothing even some Marvo properties now have been changed to these companies and all the production is being sold through these companies. ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY JUSTICE SHOULD PREVAIL. ASJIKI
