CAPS united were humiliated at home losing 4-2 to Libyan side Al Ahli Tripoli in a CAF Champions League Group B match played at the National Sports Stadium on Friday.
The Lloyd Chitembwe coached side went to the break trailing the visitors 3-0.
Al Ahli Tripoli scored through Ameh Derbali with a brace, Salem Ablo and Muaid Salam.
CAPS got their goals in the dying stages of the game with goals from Ronald Pfumbidzayi (penalty 86') and Hardlife Zvirekwi in the 90th minute.
Going into the match, the Green Machine bemoaned injuries to some of their key men including defender Denis Dauda and goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda.
