Zimbabwe's Big Brother Hotshots housemates Butterphly and JJ are in the running for the $300 thousand prize money after making it into the finals of this year's reality television show in Johannesburg, South Africa.

There are however fears votes may be split among the two housemates as the country is now battling to vote for the winner among the two Zimbabweans.

Two housemates from Botswana, Sheillah and Goitse, Mozambican Trezagah and Ellah from Uganda fell just one week short of winning the prize money as they were sent home at the eviction show on Sunday night.

Their departure means that eight housemates are left in the game and one of them must be named as the winner next Sunday.

Five housemates were tied on one country vote after Africa voted this week, and the tie-breaker rule came into effect, sending the four contestants with the lowest percentage vote home.

Since Zimbabwean housemate JJ picked up a higher percentage vote he was spared and sent into the final while Butterphly was not nominated for eviction.

Tayo picked up the most country votes with four, followed by Idris with three and Sipe with two votes.

Butterphly and JJ have better chances of winning the money this season ahead of Idris from Tanzania, M'am Bea from Ghana, Macky2 from Zambia, South African Nhlanhla, Malawian Sipe and Tayo from Nigeria.
