Sekuru Nyangatayani Returns from Hong Kong Traditional Medicine Expo

Prominent Glendale-based sangoma Peter Chinguzi, popularly known as Sekuru Nyangatayani, arrived today from China after attending the Hong Kong International Medicine and Traditional Medicine Expo.

The expo, held from 23-28 September, aimed to restore the value of traditional medicine and foster global collaboration in combating diseases affecting communities worldwide.

Sekuru Nyangatayani was invited to participate in the event, which focused on international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and uncovering business opportunities in traditional healing systems across the globe.

Speaking in an interview after landing at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, Sekuru Nyangatayani expressed gratitude to those who made the trip possible.

"I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to Engr Duri, who spearheaded Utau; Root Life, led by Dr Magida; and Kambucha, which sent three representatives. I also thank Consul General Elias Muramba - a man known for being open and welcoming - and the Traditional Medicine Protection Council (TMP) Director, Mr Onias Ndoro," said a visibly grateful Sekuru Nyangatayani.
