Bulawayo girls shine at Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2016 awards

Bulawayo contestant Ashley Morgan has been crowned this year's Miss Tourism Zimbabwe at a glamorous event held at the Rainbow Towers Hotel.
It was a night to remember when 15 beauty pageants took it to the ramp showcasing beauty with brains.
It was not an easy task for the judges to choose the winner, however they all agreed that Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2016 is Ashley Morgan.
Nonhlanhla Dube also named Miss Agro Tourism and Shirley-Ann Lindsey, Miss City Tourism were the princesses.
ZBC News Montrose news presenter Merrylin Ngwenya who was part of the final seven said although she did not make it the event offered her a lot of opportunities.
Morgan walks away with US$20 000, a car and other prizes.
Dube scooped US$10 000 while Lindsay got US$5 000.
An estimated 4 000 people attended the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2016.
The event which was graced by First Lady Dr Grace Mugabe, the Minister of Media Information and Broadcasting Services Chris Mushowe, Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Walter Muzembi, the Zanu PF Secretary for Youth Affairs Kudzanayi Chipanga and Jason Pasadi among many others.
