Spurned man kills wife at her paternal home

A man is currently on the run after allegedly fatally assaulting his estranged wife during an attempt at reconciliation at his in-laws' residence. The suspect, identified as Alfigio Zhou from Village 5 Musambanyama, Whozhele, Sanyati, is wanted in connection with the incident that occurred at Village 4 Chiridzangoma, Sanyati.
According to a police statement, Zhou is accused of murdering his wife while trying to reconcile with her. Authorities have issued an appeal for assistance in locating and apprehending Zhou.
The police statement reads: "The Kadoma Police Department is seeking information that may aid in the apprehension of Alfigio Zhou, a resident of Village 5 Musambanyama, Whozhele, Sanyati. He is wanted in connection with a murder case that transpired at Village 4 Chiridzangoma, Sanyati. The suspect allegedly used an unidentified object to fatally assault his wife during a visit to her parents' residence for reconciliation. Anyone with pertinent information is urged to report it to the nearest police station."
