Blessed Geza, an outspoken war veteran and former ZANU-PF Central Committee member, has called on Zimbabweans to remain calm and vigilant, claiming that the days of President Emmerson Mnangagwa's leadership are numbered.
Geza's remarks come amid rising tensions within ZANU PF, as internal divisions deepen ahead of the party's upcoming National Conference.
Posting on X (formerly Twitter), Geza declared:
"Fellow Zimbabweans, we urge you to remain vigilant and focused on the issue at hand as we finalize our plans to remove self-serving leaders with dirty minds and egos. Get ready to embrace the new era. These are the final days of Emmerson's misrule - there's no doubt about it."
His comments have sparked mixed reactions online.
Mthokozisi Nkosi responded critically: "So young Zimbabweans will really put their hopes on this old ailing man?"
Another user, Sylivester, questioned the leadership alternatives: "Why can't you look for a young captain who is not corrupt, so?"
Geza's post reflects growing frustration among some party veterans and citizens who accuse the current administration of self-interest, corruption, and economic mismanagement. However, the debate also highlights generational divides and uncertainty over future leadership.
