Ward 5 community in Hwange holds consultation on CDF borehole project

Hwange Ward 5 residents are set to hold a public consultation meeting on Tuesday to discuss the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) borehole project.
Ward 5 councillor Prince Shava announced the meeting in a notice to residents.
“Ward 5 residents are hereby cordially invited to attend a Ward Public Consultation Meeting on the CDF Borehole Project, which is being implemented by the CDF Committee under the Office of the Member of Parliament, Hwange Central Constituency,” Shava said.
He said the meeting aims to engage the community, share information and gather views on the proposed borehole project, which seeks to address persistent water shortages in the ward.
The meeting will be held on 27 January at 5pm at Empumalanga Terminus.
“As your Ward 5 councillor, I strongly encourage all residents, community leaders and stakeholders to attend this important consultation meeting. Your participation is vital as we collectively welcome and shape this development that will bring lasting solutions to our water crisis,” Shava added.
