D-day for Kudakwashe Bhasikiti

ConCourt will today hear former Masvingo Provincial Affairs minister, Kudakwashe's case where he is suing President Robert Mugabe for contempt of court.

The ConCourt will also hear an appeal by Bhasikiti against High Court ruling dismissing a case where he challenged his dismissal from Zanu-PF by Mugabe and his subsequent recall from Parliament.

Represented by MDC-Renewal Team's Tendai Biti, the former Masvingo provincial state minister recently filed an urgent chamber application seeking to bar Mugabe from calling for by-election in his constituency.
