Biti, Ibbo Mandaza wanted a 7 years NTA to rule Zimbabwe

Dear Zimbabweans
Do you remember Tendai Biti, Ibbo Mandaza etc supported by Oppenheimers, wanted and still want a 7 years National Transitional Authority to rule Zimbabwe? They wanted the 2023 elections to be set aside. An "inclusive" NTA made up of "technocrats" to run the country for 7 years, focus on stabilizing the economy and growing it, cool down the political temperature? How were they going to do that without amending the constitution?
Now that he [Tendai Biti] is saying the Constitution can't be amended, how were they going to implement the infamous NTA without amending the Constitution?
He is frothing now because ZANU PF has taken the NTA concept, edited it, and used it. If anyone gave ideas to Zanupf, it is the NTA agenda and you are to blame for the current Constitution amendment.
We might wake up one morning and get shocked to see Emmerson Mnangagwa selecting the 10 additional senators from the opposition to run Government but on ZANU PF terms to cool the country and focus on development. The proposed amendments speak into the element of co-opting people into government based on their skills and competences.
You might see Senator Chamisa becoming a minister again and Senator Biti back in government after all this bickering and grandstanding. That's all they are crying for.
