Open Letter to City Mayors: Reintroduce the spraying of places where mosquitoes breed

A letter to Bulawayo Mayor/Harare Mayor/Gweru Mayor/Mutare Mayor
Your honor, can you please reintroduce the spraying of places where mosquitoes hide and breed. In the past the BCC/HCC used to spray in all areas where mosquitoes breed. People used to sleep peacefully.
Now one cannot sleep peacefully because of mosquitoes. BCC /HCC can introduce a $0. 50 charged on top of the usual rent so as to finance the spraying.
The residents of all cities spend more than that buying mosquito repellents and other items that kill or repel mosquitoes.
All dwelling's surroundings need to be sprayed and nearby bushes to residents. Please, I implore you to reintroduce that spraying programme in Bulawayo/Harare.
