War has erupted between stakeholders in the liquidated Goodenough mine in Kezi amid pending litigation in the courts.
Temple Zim Resources (PVT) Limited is suing the Chakata Resources Zimbabwe (PVT) Limited trading as Goodenough Mine, liquidator Bongani Ndlovu, the Assistant Master of the High Court and an interested party in the case Fisani Moyo over the alleged clandestine sale of the mine.
On behalf of Temple Zim Resources,, Adrian Hasting Kaira, a managing director said he was seeking an order setting aside the selling of Goodenough mine to Moyo.
Kaira accused the liquidator of swaying the creditors and shareholders into rejecting his offer. He asked the court to declare liquidator's actions as unlawful and set aside the whole process to allow a transparent process to take place.
