London - Chelsy Davy's relationship with Jamie Richards, the son of Aston Martin boss David Richards, is reportedly "very serious".
The trainee solicitor - whose seven-year on/off relationship with Britain's Prince Harry ended earlier this year - has reportedly told friends there is no chance of a reconciliation with the royal because she is smitten with Jamie.
A source told the Daily Mail: "Chelsy says it's very serious with Jamie and they are really happy. He's been keeping her on the straight and narrow.
"They rarely go out because Chelsy has very early starts. Instead they cook and watch TV together."
Harry and Chelsy still close
However, despite the demise of their relationship - instigated by Chelsy, 26, because she did not want to marry into the royal family - Harry and Chelsy are still close and greeted each other warmly at a charity carol concert in London last week.
Photographer Mark Stewart tweeted: "Prince Harry bumps into Chelsy Davy at a charity function and greets his ex with a hug and kiss on the cheek in London.
"It was the Henry Van Straubenzee Carol concert that Patron Prince Harry attended. Amongst the congregation was Princess Eugenie and Chelsy.
"Prince Harry caught up with friends after the concert at an open air drinks reception where he chatted to Carole Middleton."
