Texas Tekenya heads for Chipinge

Rising Afro Jazz musician Peter "Texas Tekenya" Manganda is taking his band to Chipinge on Sartuday.
The Culture stars frontman is riding high with his hit wangawakarara song.
Speaking to this publication Texas Tekenya said he is on a nationwide tour.
"I am trying to meet all my fans across Zimbabwe and this Sartuday l will be in Chipinge and Sunday will go to Chiredzi," said the artiste.
Having started recording in 2018 after leaving Andy Muridzo's Jeetaz band Texas Tekenya recorded songs like Wanga Wakarara, Usazodaro, Majudha, Madzisahwira, Jeramende among others.
He is currently working with Chil spot and is sampling on the songs titled Gwenyambira which is receiving a lot of praise from his fans.
