Kurien brings with him a wealth of international experience, having led multicultural teams across Africa, India, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Australia, and Denmark. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including sales, international trade, technology, and mergers & acquisitions.

He has held several high-ranking positions within AB InBev, such as Finance Director for AB InBev India, VP – Finance for the India & Southeast Asia Business Unit, and VP – Strategy and Technology in South Korea. Kurien is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics (Honours). He is also affiliated with the South Asian Business Association and the General Management Club.

"The Board of Directors welcomes Mr Kurien to the company and looks forward to his contribution," Moyo said.

Delta also announced the upcoming appointment of Professor Engineer Quinton Kanhukamwe, who will join the board as a non-executive director on 1st July 2025.

"Prof Eng Kanhukamwe is currently the Vice Chancellor of the Harare Institute of Technology and has more than 30 years of experience in higher education," said Moyo.

A seasoned academic and administrator, Kanhukamwe previously served as Faculty Dean and Director of Techno Park at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Metallurgical Engineering, and additional qualifications in higher education and university management.

Kanhukamwe has chaired the Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA) Board and has been instrumental in collaborative projects such as the Zimbabwe Research Network (ZimREN). He has received widespread recognition for his leadership, including being named Presidential CEO of the Year in both 2022 and 2023.

He has served on several national boards including the Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO), Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ), and the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE), among others.

"He is an esteemed leader and mentor with vast experience in corporate governance, strategy development, and implementation. The Board of Directors welcomes Prof Eng Kanhukamwe to the company and looks forward to his contribution," said Moyo.
