GZU graduation date moved

Great Zimbabwe University (GZU) has announced that its 19th graduation ceremony has been rescheduled from 8 October to 23 October 2025. The event will be held at the Main Campus Sports Arena, according to a university notice.
Mandatory rehearsals for the ceremony are scheduled for 22 October 2025 at the same venue. The university emphasized that attendance at the rehearsal is compulsory; graduates who fail to attend will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
Regarding certificate collection, graduates from the November 2024 class can collect their certificates immediately and up until 21 October 2025, as well as after the graduation ceremony. Dates for certificate collection for the June 2025 class are yet to be announced, though transcripts are available from the date of result publication.
The university has urged all graduands to take note of the changes and to comply with the outlined guidelines to ensure smooth proceedings.
