Prophet Magaya's hotel faces auction

A property owned by Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries, led by clergyman Prophet Walter Magaya, is set to be auctioned following a High Court writ of execution.

Court records under Case Number SH3294/25 indicate that Chinese national Li Xiu Yun successfully obtained the sale in execution of the ministry's rights and title to Stand 168 of Prospect, a 3.84-hectare property located at 168 Smuts Road, Prospect, Waterfalls, Harare.

The property features a hotel estimated to be of four-star standard, several cluster houses or lodges, a stadium, and other ancillary facilities, making it one of the more prominent developments in the area.

The upcoming sale represents a significant legal and financial setback for PHD Ministries, which has over the years expanded its presence through extensive property and business ventures under the leadership of Prophet Magaya.
