Scottland Football Club has officially appointed Peter Ndlovu as its new team manager, ending days of speculation over the club's technical leadership. The Warriors legend joins the Mabvuku-based side, popularly known as "Mabviravira," under the club's revamped technical setup led by head coach Norman Mapeza.

Ndlovu returns home from South Africa, where he previously held the same managerial role at Mamelodi Sundowns. He succeeds Tawanda Chidzidzi, who was promoted to vice chairman following Scottland FC's 2025 league triumph.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by key figures, including club benefactor Wicknell Chivhayo, owner Scott Sakupwanya, chairman Everson Chatambudza, and head coach Norman Mapeza. In a show of support, Chivhayo contributed US$300,000 to assist the team's preparations for the 2026 season.

Scottland FC faces a challenging campaign ahead, beginning with the Castle Challenge Cup in February against Dynamos, before the league season kicks off in March. The club will also represent Zimbabwe in the CAF Champions League, having secured qualification through their 2025 league championship victory.
