Chivayo offers Junior Spragga US$150,000 house

Businessman Wicknell Chivayo has offered to buy a house worth US$150,000 for Zim dancehall chanter Junior Spragga, real name Nyasha Dedza.
Chivayo announced the gesture in a social media post on Monday, saying he wanted to celebrate and support young talent from the ghetto.
He praised Junior Spragga's stage presence and ability to connect with audiences, describing him as a performer with "genuine, raw and undeniable talent".
"There is something special about a young artist who can step onto a stage and instantly command the attention of an entire crowd," Chivayo said.
"The way JUNIOR SPRAGGA connects with his audience, the energy he brings to his performances, and the way crowds respond to his music are all signs of GENUINE, RAW AND UNDENIABLE TALENT."
Chivayo, who described himself as a young boy from the ghetto, urged the musician to remain disciplined and work hard.
"Your journey is a reminder to every young person out there that YOUR BACKGROUND DOES NOT DETERMINE YOUR DESTINATION. When GOD gives you a talent, nurture it, protect it and WORK HARDER every single day," he said.
Chivayo said Junior Spragga could immediately look for a house of his choice worth up to US$150,000, which he would pay for without delay.
"My little brother JUNIOR SPRAGGA, ini ndini BIGGER PREACHER anova ndiye BABA WE MARUDZI saka please go find yourself a house of your choice worth 150 thousand USD immediately and I will pay for it without delay," he said.
He also offered to purchase furniture worth a further US$50,000 and cover the cost of an interior designer.
Chivayo said Junior Spragga, whom he described as a Scotland Brand Ambassador, could approach the club's chairman, Everson Chatambudza, to assist with holding the funds in trust, due diligence and conveyancing through law firm Rubaya & Chatambudza.
"I will also gladly buy you selected furniture of your choice worth 50 thousand USD and pay your interior designer to complement this gesture and make sure you move in ASAP," Chivayo said.
"Consider this as my small token of appreciation for the incredible entertainment you continue giving us."
