Lacoste only solution available for Zimbabwe crisis now- analyst

A political commentator Zexie Mashonga has claimed that the only solution to Zimbabwe's problems now is the faction led by Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa called Team Lacoste.
Zanu PF government led by President Robert Mugabe has for so long been viewed as the cause of serious economic challenges the country is facing now hence people wish it our of power.
"The only people who can save Zimbabwe immediately is Mnangagwa and his team. If these guys team up to say enough is enough, Zanu pf will disintegrate and that will give us two options," Mashonga said.
"A government of national unity and / or Fresh elections conducted under an independent Transitional government or under United Nation.People must accept the fact that Mugabe is now useless to us as a country, he is history. We can not be held at ransom with a 92 year old man. Zimbabwe doesn't own him anything neither do we as people."
"We fought Ian Smith collectively we must not lie to each other and you know the consequences of that from Rhodesian forces. So there is no one who did not play a part in liberating Zimbabwe," he added.
Mashonga said enough is enough.
"Zanu-PF, I mean the progressive ones, I know they are there please dismantle this mafia group masquerading as a political party called Zanu-PF to save the country," he said.
