My personality of the year 2015 is madam Thokozani Khupe the MDCT Vice President.
We had an opportunity to discuss with her a critical situation that someone was going through and she took all her time to give us the best possible advice on how to handle the situation.
She went on to get in touch with several contacts for us on behalf of that person and not only did she end there, she went all out to keep checking with us on how we were progressing and how the person was doing.
Not only did she end there, she took the issue to parliament and debated strongly on it and making reference to the case we brought to her and gave a huge fight for government to pay cognisance to all people in similar situations in the country.
After that she came back to us to assure us that she will continue making sure that the person we presented to her gets the attention she needs and not only her but all others within our region who are faced by similar circumstances.
Keep up the good work madam Khuphe and can only wish more of our MPs in the region would emulate you. That's what I call standing for people.
Hats off to you madam.
