As you assume this critical role, I would like to draw your attention to a pressing issue that affects the safety and well-being of our citizens, the state of our roads in Harare, particularly concerning traffic law enforcement. The growing number of reckless drivers and their blatant disregard for traffic regulations has become a significant concern for many residents.
