Dear City of Bulawayo, please explain

Dear City of Bulawayo,
I have been a Mzilikazi resident for the last 40 years. Please clarify how you have not asked us the residents on the issue of converting BF swimming pool into a car wash for what reason? North End swimming pool is functional, Borrow Street is functional and BF is dead because it is located in a high density.
Please stop any further developments as well NOT allow it to proceed until and unless all residents feel its the way to go.
