5:20pm, 8 Mar - +263 ** *** ****: ZESA(REA), dept of roads & mobile service providers(econet,netone & telecel) must provide their services to communities under chiefs Sinakatenge, Sinamusanga, Sinamwenda & Siamupa in Binga district 36kms north of Siabuwa. There is no mobile service network, electricity & road for buses to reach the areas. The econet booster @ siabuwa is not reaching the areas. Electricity line & better road network ends @ Siabuwa
