Rebelious Klothing debuts at the Clothing Indaba in Bulawayo

The City of Kings, Bulawayo has been known for producing some of Zimbabwe's top talents. To join the list of the talented individuals is Nkululeko Ncube, a young man behind the label Rebelious Klothing. The label was established in February this year, but Nkululeko has always been involved in a lot of fashionable projects and always had a passion towards the creative industries.

A few months down the line, Rebelious Klothing is spotted by Hunnar Management Agency and Ncube joins fellow Country designers, Shadow By Sidumiso and Blinq - Sheenah Moyo. A few weeks later, he gets an opportunity to showcase and make his debut runway show at the Clothing Indaba Fashion Show. Rebelious Klothing specializes in runway clothing on the streets. The label is for individuals that are daring and have the ability to wear the craziest unimaginable outfits on everyday situations. The label tends to rebel against all normal odds and gives an opportunity for creative minds to embrace their individuality.



Friday, the 27th of September marks the day Rebelious Klothing makes its Debut public appearance at the Clothing Indaba Fashion Show. The event is to be held at the Holiday Inn in Bulawayo and will feature some of Zimbabwe's top talented designers, including 25 young designers from Chinhoyi University, National University of Science and Technology, Speciss College, Bulawayo Polytechnic, among others. Jazz sensation, Willis Wataffi and dance group Antivirus will provide entertainment for the event.

Talking on his collection - The Rebel in Me, Nkululeko Ncube describes it as 'The craziest collection yet, shocking in a way. "People should expect amazingly, insane street fashion with a bit of elegance", the Rebelious Klothing Designer said. "Being my Debut showcase, I am so excited, I feel like doing back flips from my home to the Holiday Inn. It's a great feeling. More stuff is to come and people should be ready to be shocked with creativity."
