Trio up for break ins and theft

Three Bulawayo men are in trouble after they broke in to a bar and stole a television set, a music mixers, one amplifier and a crossover all worth $3 700.
The three Bongani Sibanda (30) Tawanda Dube (37) and Thulani Moyo (41) were not asked to plead to the charges of unlawful entry and theft when they appeared before Bulawayo Magistrate Tinashe Tashaya. The magistrate remanded them in custody to October 16.
The court herd that on October 4, 2015 at 10pm the complainant Tirinda Marizani (47) of Yeldham Road Bradfield suburb in Bulawayo who is the owner of Mariam Night Club in the city secured the bar before going home.
The three then went and broke in and stole the property worthy $3 700 and it was recovered.
