Political commentator Bekezela Maduma Fuzwayo has called for the re-orientation of the police force to change into the police service in the wake of violence they commit on the members of the public during demonstrations.

He said the first thing that who ever next comes to government in Zimbabwe has to do is to reorient the police to move from being a police force to police services.

"We will not in the new Zimbabwe take our tax money to see it go to pay a group of viciously aggressive blood thirst bunch of people and call them our police service,"  he said.

"All of them will need to go back for training and reorientation to remove the militia mentality which was forced into their brains to believe that they are employed to work for Zanu PF and begin to understand that their duty is to protect us citizens even from Zanu PF itself."

He said the fellow doesn't know when his next pay day is nor if his job is guaranteed at all he is not even sure if he will get his annual bonus at all but has all the energy to bungle into the police car an innocent woman protestor carrying a placard that reads "PAY CIVIL SERVANTS THEIR SALARIES AND BONUSES IN TIME."

"The fool fails to realise that all this is done for him too. Come month end they are the first ones to come to us asking to delay to pay their rent. One good turn deserves another we will chuck them out of our houses. They will sleep on their anti riot shields and use tear gas cannisters as pillows," Fuzwayo said.
