The Attorney General's Office has applied for a warrant of arrest against the 6 men accused of plotting to oust President Mugabe from power.
One of the suspects Albert Matapo who is in remand prison refused to attend court upon being served with a letter from the Registrar of the High Court for the treason trial while the others were nowhere to be found. Matapo, it is believed, wants to be served with summons rather than a letter from the registry.
