Form 3 pupil commits suicide over 50 cents

A form 3 pupil at Harare High School reportedly committed suicide in Kuwadzana last week after she was allegedly impregnated by a married man.
Eye witnesses allege the girl committed suicide in her bedroom after she could not stomach the shame.
"The girl hang her self after she could not stomach the pregnancy as people around Kuwadzana 7 knew her illicit affair though her grandmother was not in the picture.
It is alleged that her grandmother tried to save her by cutting the rope, apparently she was too late.
Some relatives of the deceased have dismissed the pregnancy and allege the suicide was fuelled by a 50 cent fight with her bother.
"Our child was not pregnant as alleged initially she had a misunderstanding with her big brother who owed her 50c we are not sure what led her to take her life surely I am out of words.
The deceased was buried yesterday at Warren hills.
