Man rapes sister in law, claims her husband was not satisfying her

A CHINAMHORA man yesterday appeared in court for allegedly raping his sister-in-law claiming her husband was not satisfying her.
Ellison Chidziwo (59) of Mhunza Village in Chinamhora pleaded not guilty to rape charges when he appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Never Katiyo.
Mr Katiyo remanded Chidziwo to October 6 for trial and advised him to apply for bail at the High Court.
Prosecutor Mr Editor Mavuto alleges that some time last month, Chidziwo was at the complainant's homestead in Chinamhora renovating her house.
It is alleged that after the complainant's husband left to buy beer at a nearby outlet, Chidziwo called her to assist him with the renovations.
The court heard that Chidziwo then pulled the complainant into the house telling her that she was also his wife.
Chidziwo and the complainant's husband are brothers.
He raped her once.
Upon being questioned, Chidziwo said he had an agreement with the complainant that his young brother was not satisfying her.
The matter came to light when a child who was around the house witnessed the act and told the complainant's husband who then quizzed his wife.
