Mugabe arrives in Lupane

Proceedings are underway at Lupane State University (LSU)'s graduation ceremony.

Chancellor of the university, President Robert Mugabe has arrived in Lupane and was met at Somhlolo Stadium by Matabeleland North Minister of State, Cain Mathema; the Minister of Economic Planning and Investment Promotion, Dr Obert Mpofu; the Deputy Minister of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, Cde Thokozile Mathuthu; service chiefs and other senior government officials.

The ceremony will also mark the installation of LSU University Vice Chancellor, Professor Pardon Kasaziwa Kuipa.
