Grace threaten to bewitch churchmate over a man

A HARARE woman- Grace Mutare has been dragged to court by her church mate after she threatened to bewitch her rival following a fight over a man.

Netine Batsira sought a peace order against Grace who said she was too old and did not deserve to be married.

"The problem is that Grace is after my husband. She once dated him but she does not want to let him go.

She insults me at every chance she gets" H-Metro reported

"She told me that she would go to a traditional healer to harm me because I was refusing to end my marriage. Hanzi wachembera ndipe murume. She cannot let go of my husband. The church tried to reconcile and counsel us but it failed to work," complained Netine.

Grace who confirmed the relationship between her and Netine's husband denied harassing Netine.

"I do not insult her neither did I threaten her with anything. I had a relationship wither husband but I ended it in 2013 when he assaulted me.

"I do not have a problem if the order is granted because I am innocent of the allegations," said Grace.

Magistrate Gamuchirai Siwardi granted the peace order in Netine's favour.
