To the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) Commissioner General Cde Godwin Matanga,
Please can you bring sanity on our road. The careless driving in Zimbabwe Roads is getting out off order. Please please bring back the traffic offense ticketing and push these careless drivers.
Our children are begin to believe that reckless driving is allowed and there is no punishment fir bad driving.
Commissioner, please can you be ruthless with these drivers and bring sanity on our road. Driving in especially Harare is now a suicide mission there is no possibility that you will make it to work and back home.
Please please let's not allow our country to have this lawlessness we do not want to be like any other African country were bad driving is the order of the day.
We do not have to create a wheel Commissioner heavy fines and ticketing will definitely bring order on our roads.
Let us act on this ASAP before other drivers start taking the law into their own Hand.
