8:20am, 21 Aug - +263 77 *** ****: Traffic police harassment is on the increase. Would you please clarify the issue of spot fines and also the amounts charged. Yesterday i was literally forced to pay a spot fine for not displaying the 'right' reflectors and the charge was $20 instead of $5 rear and $5 front. The oral test from at vid still recommends the reflectors that were said to be wrong since 2009.
